About the role
Westin Hotels & Resorts is hiring a Guest Experience Expert (Front Office Agent) in Dubai Marina, Dubai. The role goes beyond simple check-in and check-out: it aims to create a memorable and unique guest experience. The position is full-time, non-management and involves standing, sitting or walking for long periods and handling objects of up to 10 pounds.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay
- Process operational needs and address guest requests
- Complete reports and share local area highlights
- Make transactions feel like part of the guest experience
- Follow company policies and procedures, protect company assets and uphold quality standards
- Maintain a safe workplace and keep information confidential
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- No related work experience required
- No supervisory experience required
- No license or certification required
