About the role
The Luxury Collection is seeking a Guest Experience Expert who is fluent in German to join our team at Ajman Saray, a Luxury Collection Resort. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will create memorable moments for guests throughout their stay, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of guest services, from check‑in/out to handling special requests.
- Process operational needs, complete reports, and share local area highlights with guests.
- Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies, protecting assets, and upholding quality standards.
- Move throughout the property, standing, walking, and handling items up to 10 lb without assistance.
- Present a professional appearance and communication style at all times.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- No prior work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Fluency in German is essential.
