About the role
As a Guest Experience Expert you will create memorable, personalized moments for guests throughout their stay at The St. Regis Abu Dhabi, blending authentic Arabian hospitality with the brand’s bespoke service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of personalized services from check‑in to check‑out, ensuring each interaction feels unique.
- Process operational requests, address guest inquiries promptly, and prepare accurate reports.
- Share local area highlights and recommendations to enrich the guest experience.
- Maintain a safe, professional environment by adhering to company policies and protecting assets.
- Move throughout the property, standing, walking or lifting items up to 10 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in luxury hotel guest services.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and handle objects up to 10 lb.
- No specific license or certification required.
