About the role

The Guest Experience Expert at The Ritz‑Carlton in Ras Al Khaimah creates memorable, personalized moments for guests throughout their stay. Working on the front‑line of Rooms & Guest Services, you will be empowered to anticipate needs, resolve requests and showcase the local area, ensuring every interaction feels part of a unique experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with check‑in, check‑out and throughout their stay, delivering a seamless experience.
• Process operational tasks, complete reports and handle guest requests promptly.
• Provide local area information and recommendations to enhance guest enjoyment.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and uphold company policies and confidentiality.
• Perform physical duties such as standing, walking and moving items up to 10 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior work or supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform light manual handling.
• Professional appearance, communication and adherence to uniform standards.

• Ability to follow procedures, maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
