Guest Experience Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Guest Experience Manager leads the guest services and concierge teams at JW Marriott Marquis Dubai, ensuring seamless, high‑quality hospitality from arrival to departure. This role combines supervision, personalized guest assistance, and coordination with hotel operations to deliver an exceptional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the guest services and concierge teams, maintaining service standards and financial targets.
• Provide personalized assistance, including reservations, transportation, and local attraction arrangements.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, rooms, and local attractions to guide guests effectively.
• Handle emergency procedures and ensure compliance with loss‑prevention policies.
• Lead and coach team members, conduct performance reviews, and promote a culture of hospitality excellence.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar guest services or concierge role, with Les Clefs d’Or membership.
• Higher secondary education or above, basic computer proficiency, and typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
