Guest Relations Agent

About the role

The Guest Relations Agent delivers memorable and unique experiences for guests throughout their stay at The Ritz‑Carlton Dubai. Acting as a Guest Experience Expert, you will proactively guide guests, handle operational tasks and respond to requests, ensuring every interaction feels part of the overall experience. The role requires mobility across the property and a hands‑on approach to service.

Key responsibilities

• Process operational needs and complete required reports.
• Address guest requests and provide local area highlights.
• Move throughout the hotel to assist guests and ensure smooth service flow.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Uphold safety standards, follow company policies, protect assets and maintain professional appearance and uniform.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry or move objects weighing up to 10 lb without assistance.
