Guest Relations Executive

About the role

As a Guest Relations Executive at Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai, you will be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s promise of authentic, personalized hospitality. You will work across the guest journey, from arrival to departure, creating memorable experiences for both leisure and business travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalized service that aligns with Hyatt’s brand standards.
• Build strong relationships with guests, anticipate needs, and handle inquiries, requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Serve as the main liaison for VIP guests, special occasions, and recognition initiatives.
• Monitor and respond to guest feedback on online review platforms, OTAs, Medallia, and other reputation channels.
• Escalate urgent concerns to management and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, and other departments to resolve guest issues seamlessly.
• Support Front Office operations, including cashiering, cash handling, and record‑keeping.
• Maintain a visible presence in the lobby during peak periods to engage with guests.
