Guest Relations Officer

About the role

The Guest Relations Officer ensures a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all showroom visitors, facilitating a smooth handover to the sales department. The role focuses on understanding customer requirements and delivering excellent service to enhance the overall customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome all showroom visitors, log reasons for visit, and forward to relevant team members.
• Provide a delightful customer experience in line with company policies.
• Resolve customer queries promptly and escalate when necessary.
• Log all visits with time, date, and visitor details.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of personnel and procedures through induction and regular training.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Understanding of IT systems is beneficial.
