Guest Service Agent – Luxury Hotel Front Desk

About the role

The Guest Service Agent warmly welcomes guests at Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre, delivering seamless check‑in and check‑out experiences while upholding True Waldorf Service and Forbes Five‑Star standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage check‑in/check‑out with personalized service.
• Respond to guest requests, accommodate special requirements and resolve issues promptly.
• Communicate guest preferences and feedback to Front Office leadership.
• Anticipate needs to create memorable Waldorf stories throughout the stay.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, rates, packages and local attractions.
• Upsell rooms, services and facilities to maximise occupancy and revenue.
• Process foreign currency, cash and credit‑card transactions accurately.
• Ensure compliance with security, fire, life‑safety and health standards.
• Operate Front Office systems while safeguarding guest information.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Team‑player who builds positive guest relationships.
• Experience with the OnQ system and/or previous work in a luxury or Forbes Five‑Star hotel is advantageous.
