About the role
As a Guest Service Officer at Andaz Dubai The Palm, you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering warm, personalized service and ensuring a seamless arrival, stay, and departure experience while upholding the brand’s exceptional standards.
Key responsibilities
- Provide warm, personalized service to guests throughout their arrival, stay, and departure.
- Contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Reception within the Rooms Division.
Required profile
- Diploma or qualification in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to speak Russian fluently.
Required skills
- Familiarity with the Opera property management system.
