Guest Transport Planner

About the role

The Guest Transport Planner is responsible for planning, controlling, and optimizing guest transportation operations. This role translates demand into actionable capacity plans, ensures real‑time execution, and manages vendor performance to deliver a seamless, premium guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop demand forecasts and convert them into optimized transportation schedules and capacity plans.
• Use analytical, flight, marketing and historical data to forecast trip capacity and mitigate risks.
• Monitor daily operations, resolve capacity gaps, delays, and service disruptions.
• Actively manage vendor performance, enforce SLA compliance and drive corrective actions.
• Track KPIs such as on‑time performance, service quality and responsiveness, implementing improvements.
• Support consistent delivery of a high‑quality transportation experience for guests.
• Coordinate with internal and external customers for regular reviews and relationship management.
• Anticipate risks, coordinate response to operational disruptions and irregular operations.
• Produce and analyse operational reports to enable data‑driven decisions.
• Liaise with internal teams and vendors to ensure aligned and efficient service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in transportation, logistics or operational planning, preferably with UAE geographical knowledge.
• Experience in real‑time operations control and vendor coordination.
• Background in aviation or mobility services is preferred.
• Understanding of in‑house and outsourced transportation management, financial impact and operational logistics.
