Guestroom Attendant

About the role

The Guestroom Attendant delivers the best rooms experience for guests at Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island, keeping every guest room clean and up to standard. The role anticipates and customizes guest needs and is part of the Housekeeping Department, reporting to the Director of Housekeeping and Housekeeping Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Clean, dust and sanitize all areas of the guest room (bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom) according to procedure.
• Perform room attendant duties in occupied rooms and check-out rooms.
• Provide turndown service for guests.
• Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest.
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Assistant Housekeeping Manager, Housekeeping Manager or Director of Housekeeping.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in a luxury brand.
• Outgoing personality and a can-do approach to assigned tasks.

Required skills

• Strong organization skills and an eye for attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
