Gulf Media & Industry Relations Manager

About the role

Deep Knowledge Group is expanding its media, intelligence and industry engagement across the Gulf. We are looking for a proactive Gulf Media & Industry Relations Manager to build our presence in Dubai’s fast‑growing technology, healthcare, investment and conference ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Attend conferences, exhibitions, industry forums and networking events across Dubai and the UAE.
• Identify and develop relationships with conference organisers, journalists, industry executives, investors, researchers and institutional representatives.
• Arrange and conduct interviews with prominent figures in longevity, HealthTech, biotechnology, AI and investment.
• Secure opportunities for our experts to participate in interviews, panels, industry discussions and relevant conferences.
• Coordinate with research and editorial teams to turn industry conversations into articles, news features and insights.
• Develop partnerships with conference organisers, media platforms and industry communities.
• Maintain an organised pipeline of contacts, upcoming events, interview opportunities and media collaborations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in conference production, industry events, media, journalism, public relations or professional networking.
• Ability to approach senior professionals, initiate conversations and develop productive industry relationships.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with professional English proficiency.
• Strong organisational skills, initiative and ability to operate independently.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate and attend frequent in‑person industry events.
• Professional Arabic proficiency and existing relationships within the UAE conference, media, HealthTech or investment ecosystems are strong advantages.
