About the role

The St. Regis Abu Dhabi is seeking a dedicated Gym Instructor to deliver premium fitness experiences for hotel guests. Working under the Nation Riviera Manager, you will uphold the highest standards of professionalism while promoting the resort’s recreation offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality fitness instruction and personal training sessions to guests.
• Assist in developing and updating fitness systems, procedures, and class schedules.
• Cross‑promote recreation services and Nation Riviera memberships.
• Sell and promote personal training packages, meeting set revenue targets.
• Maintain a safe environment by ensuring equipment is in good condition and adhering to health‑safety protocols.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience delivering fitness instruction or personal training.
• Relevant UAE certifications (CPR, First Aid, and Level 3 Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer).
• Ability to work in a luxury hospitality setting and interact with high‑end clientele.
