Head Chef for New Concept Restaurant

About the role

Join Sarood Hospitality’s pre‑opening team as the Head Chef for an exciting new restaurant concept. You will lead the kitchen, shape the menu, and ensure the highest standards of culinary excellence from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Create innovative, diverse menus that align with current culinary trends and the brand’s concept.
• Oversee all food preparation, guaranteeing consistency, freshness, and adherence to recipes.
• Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, assigning tasks, providing training, and managing service flow.
• Manage inventory, control stock rotation, and implement waste‑reduction measures.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
• Mentor and develop kitchen team members, fostering a motivated and skilled workforce.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Catering, Hospitality or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Head Chef in standalone or branded restaurants.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
