Head Data Center

About the role

We are seeking an experienced leader to head our Data Center EPC business in the United Arab Emirates. The role combines business development, technical leadership and project delivery to grow the Data Center portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategy, growth plans and targets for the Data Center EPC line.
• Identify new opportunities, build relationships with clients, OEMs, technology vendors and delivery partners.
• Coordinate sales, bidding and technical teams throughout the tendering process and support client meetings, presentations and negotiations.
• Review and approve technical solutions covering power, cooling, BMS/DCIM, ICT/ELV and control systems.
• Conduct technical due diligence, feasibility and constructability reviews in pre‑bid stages.
• Maintain standardized specifications, design templates and best practices.
• Support tendering, estimation, value engineering, vendor evaluation and equipment selection.
• Provide commercial support for contract scope, risks and assumptions and ensure project delivery within budget, schedule, quality and safety.
• Lead, mentor and develop the Data Center technical team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or a related engineering discipline.
• 10–15 years of experience in EPC / Design‑Build environments, preferably on Data Center projects.
• Proven client‑management and multidisciplinary coordination experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and decision‑making abilities.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, NEBOSH or DCP are a plus.
