Head Hostess – Lead Front‑of‑House Host

About the role

SLVJ Group is seeking a Head Hostess who understands that great hospitality begins before the guest reaches the table. The role is central to a high‑energy lifestyle restaurant and speakeasy concept, requiring presence, personality and confidence to own the door in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage busy services, reservations, table allocations, guest flow and waiting lists.
• Lead and support the hostess team while collaborating closely with Reservations, Service and Management.

Required profile

• Solid experience as a Senior or Lead Hostess in a high‑volume restaurant, lounge or nightlife venue.
• Confident, polished and solutions‑focused, even when the venue operates at full capacity.
• Excellent communication, organization and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to welcome and engage VIPs, regulars and international clientele professionally.
• Preferably previous experience within the UAE hospitality scene.
