About the role

The Head Mixologist will lead the beverage program for a luxury hotel within the Dorchester Collection in Dubai. This senior position combines creative cocktail development, team leadership, and close collaboration with culinary partners to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and elevate beverage standards across all hotel outlets, ensuring alignment with brand values.
• Train, coach, and mentor bar staff, fostering a culture of continuous professional development.
• Design innovative, seasonally‑inspired cocktail menus that reflect global mixology trends.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create sophisticated food‑and‑drink pairings for events, tastings, and VIP guests.
• Manage inventory control, vendor relationships, and compliance with liquor licensing regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior mixology or bar management role within luxury hospitality.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a passion for mentoring teams.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
