Head Nurse – Arabic Speaking – Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai

About the role

Al-Futtaim Health is looking for an experienced Head Nurse to lead a team of 8–15 nursing professionals at its state‑of‑the‑art clinic in Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai. You will ensure high‑quality patient care, oversee daily clinical operations, and act as a key liaison across multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate and mentor a nursing team of 8–15 staff members.
• Oversee daily clinical activities, delegate assignments, and ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
• Maintain infection control, medication safety, and confidentiality protocols.
• Facilitate seamless patient journeys by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Drive continuous improvement, staff development, and best‑practice implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• DHA license (or eligibility) as a Registered Nurse – mandatory.
• BLS certification – mandatory; ACLS/PALS a plus.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of RN experience in a clinical setting (accredited facility preferred).
• At least 2 years in a charge‑nurse or nursing‑leadership role, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong computer literacy and comfort with digital health systems.

Required skills

• Acute and chronic disease management (respiratory, cardiac, diabetes).
• Clinical procedures: ECG, spirometry, wound care, immunizations, IV drug administration.
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems.
