About the role

This strategic leadership position combines a strong hands‑on focus with responsibility for defining and executing the organisation's AI vision, delivering practical AI solutions that generate measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise AI strategy, driving adoption of Machine Learning, Generative AI, and advanced analytics.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions, including LLM‑powered applications, predictive models, intelligent automation, and AI agents.
• Establish AI engineering best practices covering MLOps, model governance, monitoring, explainability, security, and responsible AI.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify, prioritise, and deliver high‑value AI use cases that improve efficiency and decision‑making.
• Build and develop a high‑performing Data & AI function while fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in Data, AI, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics, including leadership responsibility.
• Hands‑on experience designing and deploying AI/ML solutions using Python, cloud AI platforms, and modern data architectures.
• Proven track record delivering AI products from concept to production within complex enterprise environments.
