Head of Driver Recruitment (Mass Recruitment)

About the role

Green SM is a ride-hailing platform focused on smart, scalable and sustainable mobility solutions expanding its operations in Dubai. It is seeking a Head of Driver Recruitment to own and execute driver manpower planning and driver acquisition across assigned cities in Dubai. The role ensures a sufficient, high-quality driver supply through effective recruitment, operational excellence and close collaboration with Operations, and is a hands-on management position with clear ownership of supply targets, recruitment execution and local team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute city-level driver supply plans to meet demand and growth targets, translating country or regional plans into local actions and monitoring active drivers, activation rate and readiness
• Manage hiring through local recruitment hubs, walk-ins, community outreach, referrals, digital channels and recruitment campaigns, improving the sourcing mix and funnel efficiency
• Run interviews and screening, document verification and compliance checks, and onboarding scheduling; follow recruitment SOPs and local compliance requirements
• Manage and coach local recruiters, field teams and external partners, set targets and support their capability building
• Track recruitment KPIs such as funnel conversion, time-to-hire, cost-per-hire and activation rates, and report regularly to Country and Operations leadership
• Collaborate with Operations, City and Marketing teams on timely onboarding, supply planning and new city launches

Required profile

• 6-8+ years of experience in recruitment, workforce acquisition or frontline operations
• 2+ years of people management in high-volume or field-based environments
• Strong experience in mass hiring, preferably in ride-hailing, logistics/delivery or transportation
• Solid understanding of on-ground recruitment execution in Dubai
