Head of Finance – GCC (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Finance to lead all finance, tax, treasury, legal, governance and compliance functions across the GCC region, based in Dubai. The role partners with Regional Managing Directors to drive performance, strategic planning and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead finance, tax, treasury, legal, governance and compliance across GCC jurisdictions.
• Partner with Regional Managing Directors on business performance, strategic planning and operational excellence.
• Oversee integration of acquired regional businesses into the global operating model.
• Drive business transformation initiatives, performance management frameworks and working capital optimisation.
• Provide strategic financial insights and decision support to regional and global leadership teams.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and global standards.
• Build and develop high‑performing finance teams across multiple jurisdictions.
• Represent the finance function in cross‑functional and global leadership forums.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; CPA, CA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior regional or global role.
• Proven track record managing finance functions in complex, multi‑country environments within the GCC or similar regions.
• Experience in business integration, M&A and transformation initiatives.
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving global organisation with a high degree of autonomy.
