Head of Finance

About the role

The Head of Finance will join the regional leadership team of a fast‑growing residential real‑estate owner and operator expanding across the Middle East. Reporting directly to senior leadership, this role is responsible for establishing financial rigor, driving operational performance, and building scalable finance processes and controls for the new UAE platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of corporate and property accounting.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Manage treasury, liquidity, and cash‑flow forecasting.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and long‑range financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax, regulatory and governance requirements.
• Develop and maintain financial controls, policies and procedures.
• Support strategic decision‑making through financial modelling and business analysis.
• Partner with operations and leadership teams to drive performance.
• Build, mentor and develop a high‑performing finance function.
• Establish scalable systems, reporting frameworks and finance processes to support growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CA or equivalent.
• 8–12 years of progressive finance experience, preferably in fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environments.
• Experience in real estate, property, hospitality or other asset‑intensive sectors is highly desirable.
