Head of Finance

About the role

The Head of Finance is the principal finance leader responsible for corporate-wide financial stewardship, governance, and performance management across the entire organization and its subsidiaries operating in multiple jurisdictions. Reporting to the CEO and sitting on the Executive Leadership Team, this role ensures financial decisions support sustainable growth, profitability, compliance, and value creation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a unified finance strategy aligned with corporate objectives, capital structure, and governance requirements.
• Lead corporate consolidation, reporting, and provide transparent, timely financial insights to stakeholders.
• Design and govern shared financial services, including central accounting, treasury, and compliance functions.
• Establish and enforce finance policies, delegation of authority, internal controls, and governance frameworks across all subsidiaries.
• Oversee annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, scenario planning, and ensure alignment between corporate targets and subsidiary plans.
• Drive performance management by setting financial KPIs, evaluating variances, and implementing corrective actions.
• Own capital allocation decisions, optimizing cash deployment and investment capacity across the group.
• Provide executive dashboards and insights across business lines, geographies, and subsidiaries to enable clear performance accountability.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in senior corporate finance leadership, preferably within multi‑jurisdictional organizations.
• Proven track record in financial consolidation, reporting, treasury, tax governance, audit, risk controls, and finance transformation.
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to act as a trusted business partner to the CEO.
• Demonstrated capability to design and enforce finance policies, internal controls, and governance frameworks.
