Head of Finance Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance Operations to build and lead the operational backbone of our global finance function. This hands‑on, execution‑focused role will design reliable systems, introduce process discipline, and ensure consistent, high‑quality finance operations across multiple regions and time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Own the finance operating rhythm, designing and continuously improving the global finance calendar and cadences.
• Coordinate execution across core finance functions (AP, AR, GL, payroll, treasury, reporting) and manage end‑to‑end month‑end and quarter‑end close processes.
• Introduce structure, standards, and governance to finance operations, leading transformation initiatives and ERP (NetSuite) implementation governance.
• Develop and document SOPs, project plans, milestones, and tracking frameworks for cross‑functional initiatives.
• Establish transparency and metrics, defining KPIs and SLAs, building dashboards to monitor finance performance and operational health.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading finance operations for a global, distributed organization.
• Strong ability to design and enforce operational processes and governance.
• Excellent coordination skills to align US and international finance teams.
• Track record of driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
