Head of Fitness – National Fitness Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Fitness to lead our luxury fitness brand across the UAE. This senior position will oversee multiple gym locations, on‑demand services, and a large team of Fitness Managers, Head Coaches, and Personal Trainers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop Fitness Managers, Head Coaches, and Personal Trainers across the region.
• Lead both brick‑and‑mortar gym operations and on‑demand fitness services.
• Recruit, train, and mentor elite personal trainers, building a high‑performance culture.
• Design and implement systems, training pathways, assessments, and operational structures.
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, and service standards to drive revenue and member retention.
• Collaborate with tech teams to enhance trainer dashboards, fitness apps, and CRM platforms.
• Scale operations while maintaining luxury‑level service quality.

Required profile

• Extensive experience managing large fitness teams in premium or luxury brands.
• Proven track record in personal‑training sales and high‑performance environments.
• Strong leadership and senior‑level managerial expertise.
• Commercial acumen for fitness business growth and member experience.
• Tech‑savvy mindset with familiarity of digital fitness ecosystems.
