Head of Guest Experience Innovation Delivery

About the role

Miral Experiences is looking for a visionary leader to drive operational and guest‑experience innovation across its portfolio of world‑class theme parks and attractions. Reporting to the Senior Director of Innovation, you will turn ideas into scalable solutions that enhance the guest journey and improve business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of innovation initiatives that boost guest satisfaction, operational efficiency and commercial outcomes.
• Develop and maintain a roadmap of projects aligned with business priorities and guest expectations.
• Design, test, pilot and roll out new solutions, ensuring operational readiness and sustainable ownership.
• Establish governance, success metrics and reporting frameworks for each initiative.
• Collaborate with Operations, Guest Experience, Commercial, Digital & Technology and external partners to translate concepts into practical results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Theme Park Management, Hospitality, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business Management or a related field.
• Significant experience leading operational improvement or innovation programmes in high‑volume, guest‑facing environments such as theme parks, attractions or hospitality.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements to guest experience, operational performance or business outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management, change‑leadership and programme governance experience.

• Ability to identify innovation opportunities and translate them into operational outcomes.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and performance‑measurement capabilities.
• Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills.
