Head of HR – Automotive & Dealership

About the role

The leading automotive group in the UAE is seeking a senior HR professional to own the people agenda across multiple sites and support the Chairman. The role is based onsite in Abu Dhabi and requires an established professional network in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute workforce planning to identify talent needs across the group.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE labour law and Emiratisation requirements, managing risk proactively.
• Design and govern competitive compensation and benefits structures.
• Build the HR operating model, including structure, systems and capability.
• Shape a performance‑driven culture across sites, teams and leadership levels.
• Provide executive advisory to the Chairman and senior leadership on people decisions with commercial impact.

Required profile

• 8‑15 years of HR experience, with recent senior‑level leadership in the UAE.
• Proven automotive or dealership experience with multi‑site exposure.
• CIPD qualification.
• Resident in Abu Dhabi with an established professional network.
• Credibility with owners, executives and boards.
