Head of Market Supervision

About the role

Binance is seeking a Head of Market Supervision to lead the monitoring and enforcement of market integrity across its global cryptocurrency platform. You will ensure fair trading practices, protect investors, and uphold regulatory standards in a fast‑moving digital‑asset environment.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously monitor trading activity to detect manipulation, insider trading, fraud and other unfair practices.
• Analyze market data and trends to identify irregularities or suspicious behavior.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities to implement new guidelines and oversee enforcement actions.
• Lead investigations into suspected market abuses and collaborate with legal and compliance teams on sanctions.
• Prepare reports and documentation for regulators and law‑enforcement agencies.
• Participate in the development and review of market rules, policies and procedures.
• Communicate regulatory changes and compliance requirements to market participants.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in regulatory and compliance roles within financial markets, cryptocurrency exchanges or stock exchanges.
• Strong knowledge of risk and compliance frameworks and experience working with regulators.
• Familiarity with FSRA rules is a plus.
