Head of Market Supervision

About the role

Binance is seeking a Head of Market Supervision to lead the oversight of trading activities across its global platform. You will ensure market integrity, enforce compliance, and work closely with regulators to uphold the highest standards of fairness and transparency.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously monitor trading activity to detect manipulation, insider trading, fraud, and other unfair practices.
• Analyze market data and trends to identify irregularities or suspicious behavior.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities to implement new guidelines and enforce market rules.
• Lead investigations into suspected market abuses and collaborate with legal and compliance teams on sanctions.
• Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory bodies or law‑enforcement agencies.
• Participate in the development and review of market rules, policies, and procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in regulatory and compliance roles within financial markets, cryptocurrency exchanges, or stock exchanges.
• Strong knowledge of risk and compliance frameworks and experience working alongside regulators.
• Familiarity with FSRA rules is a plus.
