Head of Marketing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Marketing to lead the organisation's overall marketing function. The role combines strategic planning, campaign execution, brand management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive multi‑channel marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
• Lead product launches, promotional campaigns, market activation activities and manage marketing budgets to maximise ROI.
• Oversee brand positioning, messaging consistency across all customer‑facing materials and manage relationships with external agencies and partners.
• Direct the use of CRM systems, analyse campaign performance, and provide regular insights to senior management.
• Lead, coach and develop the marketing team while fostering collaboration with sales, business development and operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or related field.
• Extensive experience in marketing, brand management and leading integrated multi‑channel campaigns.
• Proven track record of product launches, market development and managing marketing budgets.
• Experience in regulated sectors such as healthcare or pharmaceuticals is a plus.
