Head of Operations – Business Setup Consultancy

About the role

The Head of Operations will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of company formation, licensing, visa processing, compliance and client onboarding across Mainland, Free Zone and Offshore jurisdictions. You will ensure smooth execution, maintain regulatory compliance and drive operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all operational activities for Mainland, Free Zone and Offshore company formation, including trade licences, renewals, amendments and cancellations.
• Supervise visa processing, medicals, Emirates ID, stamping and cancellations.
• Maintain full compliance with UAE government regulations (DED, Free Zones, MOHRE, Immigration) and manage relationships with authorities, banks and external stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor and manage the operations and PRO teams, assign workloads, monitor performance and conduct regular reviews.
• Develop and improve SOPs, identify bottlenecks and implement tech‑driven workflow solutions.
• Monitor deadlines for licences, visas and compliance filings, ensure proper documentation and internal audit controls.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and coordinate with sales and management for client onboarding.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in business setup or corporate services.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Free Zone and Mainland licensing procedures.
• Proven experience leading and managing an operations team.
• Excellent understanding of UAE visa and immigration processes.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Fluent in English.
