Head of Performance Controlling – MEA

About the role

Lead performance controlling for the DX Zone MEA business unit, reporting to the DX MEA Zone Head of Finance. You will manage a team of about five finance professionals across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute core finance processes including budgeting, forecasting, financial closings, reporting and performance reviews.
• Provide management with insightful financial analyses, forward‑looking business steering and transparent performance reporting.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly commentary, forecasts, management reports, financial bridges and ad‑hoc analyses.
• Drive financial transparency, productivity, profitability, cash management and value creation across the DX MEA Business.
• Shape and continuously improve the finance operating model, leveraging digital technologies, automation, advanced analytics and AI.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or comparable field.
• 10+ years of finance, performance controlling or corporate controlling experience, preferably in healthcare or diagnostics.
• Proven track record leading high‑performing, international teams and developing talent.
• Strong understanding of operational and financial value drivers in a project‑, product‑ or service‑oriented environment.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills, comfortable interacting with senior management.
