Head of Pricing and Liquidity Management

About the role

IC Markets is seeking a senior leader to own pricing frameworks and liquidity strategy across its multi‑asset electronic trading platform. The role sits at the intersection of trading, risk, and technology, providing independent economic authority without execution responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Define reference price construction and pricing logic across all asset classes.
• Set spreads, mark‑ups and pricing guardrails for both normal and stressed market conditions.
• Design and maintain firm‑wide liquidity architecture, including venue selection, counterparty management and resilience planning.
• Develop economics of internalisation versus external execution, cost‑of‑liquidity, and hedge economics frameworks.
• Implement governance, controls and continuous improvement processes.

Required profile

• Senior experience in pricing, liquidity or market structure within market makers, broker‑dealers, electronic trading firms or prime brokerage.
• Deep understanding of market microstructure, spread economics and liquidity dynamics.
• Proven ability to work alongside trading desks with independence and high accountability.
• Leadership style that is low‑ego, high‑ownership.
