Head of Product - AI x EdTech (French Speaking)

About the role

Paradox, an AI-native personal growth platform founded by David Laroche, is looking for a Head of Product to build its AI-native product department and turn it into a category-defining global brand. The role sits at the intersection of AI, behavioral science and design, shaping products such as Loops, PX Agents, Protocols and personalized membership. It is a full-time position based in Dubai, Paris or Lisbon, or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the founder's strategic vision into a clear product strategy and build and maintain the roadmap linking business goals, user outcomes and technology.
• Ensure every feature advances the Paradox ecosystem (Loops, PX Agents, Protocols, Membership).
• Work closely with users weekly, analyse patterns and turn insights from behavioural science and coaching psychology into actionable product hypotheses.
• Design AI-powered coaching loops, feedback systems and rituals, using Lean Startup methodology and MVPs to validate ideas.
• Define and track product metrics (activation, retention, transformation rates) and connect them to business KPIs so marketing can tell evidence-based stories.

Required profile

• 3-6 years as a Product Manager or Product Owner in EdTech, SaaS or consumer tech.
• Bonus: experience in AI-driven products, learning design or personal development platforms.
• Has shipped at least one major feature end-to-end with measurable results.
• Native French and fluent English; written communication in English.

Required skills

• Comfortable with Figma and prototyping.
• Digital and AI savvy, able to build AI agents or quickly learn to do so.
