About the role

Asico, a Dubai‑based real estate and property management company, is seeking a Head of Projects to provide strategic leadership and accountability for its entire project portfolio. The role bridges vision and reality, ensuring every development is delivered with design integrity, commercial viability and construction excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic leadership and portfolio planning
• Design integrity and technical governance
• Construction management and site authority
• Financial and commercial management
• Stakeholder and authority management
• Team development and operations
• Periodic reporting
• Market intelligence and risk assessment

Required profile

• 12‑15 years of progressive experience in real‑estate development or construction project management, including at least 5 years in the GCC region
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and PMP certification
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
