Head of Recruitment

About the role

Green SM, an electric vehicle and sustainable mobility solutions provider based in Vietnam, is preparing to launch operations in the Dubai market. It is looking for a Head of Recruitment to own and manage end-to-end recruitment across corporate, operations, management and leadership hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders, HRBPs and hiring managers to turn workforce plans into actionable hiring strategies.
• Ensure timely hiring, strong candidate quality and a positive candidate experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Track time-to-hire, cost-per-hire and quality-of-hire, and use data to drive recruitment decisions.
• Optimize recruitment processes, interview frameworks and assessment approaches.
• Manage and optimize relationships with external vendors such as headhunters, agencies and talent partners when required.
• Advise stakeholders on talent availability, market insights and compensation benchmarks.
• Take part in critical and senior-level hiring when needed.
• Lead, coach and develop the recruitment team, set performance expectations and monitor recruiter productivity and outcomes.

Required profile

• 8-10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including at least 3-5 years in a people management role.
• Strong hands-on experience in high-volume, fast-growing environments; logistics, mobility, tech, startups or large-scale operations preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering recruitment results, not just designing frameworks.
• Exposure to multi-market or international hiring is an advantage.
