Head of Soft Services (UAE)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Soft Services to lead our Soft Services division across the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on delivering operational excellence, high service quality, and client satisfaction while managing a multi‑site portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Soft Services operations across all UAE branches, ensuring consistent service quality and contractual compliance.
• Monitor site performance, conduct inspections and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Plan and manage workforce, coordinate recruitment, training and team development.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring SLA/KPI compliance and high customer satisfaction.
• Support business development activities including tendering, estimation, costing and contract mobilisation.
• Control operational costs, monitor contract profitability and implement cost‑control measures.
• Provide regular management reports on performance, finances, manpower, tenders and key risks.
• Coordinate closely with HR, Sales, Finance, Procurement, HSE/Quality and Operations teams.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in Soft Services or Facilities Management.
• Strong background in managing multi‑site operations and operational teams.
• Experience in client and contract management, tendering, estimation and mobilisation.
• Commercial acumen with a focus on cost control and contract profitability.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of UAE FM practices, HSE requirements and relevant regulations.
