Head of Strategic Planning & Execution

About the role

Aldar Education is looking for a dynamic leader to steer the development, alignment, and tracking of its strategic direction and integrated planning. This senior role will bridge long‑term strategy with annual planning and budget cycles across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Aldar Education’s strategic roadmap and integrated planning processes.
• Align annual plans and budgets with long‑term strategic objectives.
• Drive operational risk and safety initiatives across all schools and academies.
• Produce robust performance reports and ensure cross‑functional alignment.
• Partner with the Investment & Growth Team to generate market intelligence and actionable insights for executive decision‑making.
• Prepare and present strategic submissions to EXCOM and the Board.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in strategic planning and execution.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience in the education sector is a plus.
