Head of Strategy

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, insight‑driven Head of Strategy to shape integrated marketing approaches that fuel business growth and client success across the GCC and Middle East. As a senior leader, you will translate consumer insights, market trends and performance data into actionable recommendations while working closely with creative, communications, media and client service teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop integrated marketing and brand strategies for key clients, turning business objectives and consumer insights into actionable plans and insight‑led creative briefs.
• Act as strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders, identifying growth opportunities, addressing business challenges and strengthening brand positioning.
• Define success metrics, monitor campaign performance and deliver data‑driven recommendations on audience engagement, effectiveness and ROI.
• Lead consumer, category and cultural research initiatives, delivering insights that inform brand and communication strategies.
• Conduct market assessments, competitor analysis, audience segmentation and trend forecasting to support strategic decision‑making.
• Support new‑business development with market research, consumer insights and strategic pitch recommendations.
• Mentor planners, account managers and junior team members, leading workshops and training to raise strategic capability.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in strategic planning, brand strategy, marketing, advertising or consulting, preferably within an agency or consultancy environment.
• Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with experience guiding cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
