Head of Systems Strategy – Regulatory

About the role

As Head of Systems Strategy – Regulatory you will lead the design and delivery of regulatory compliance systems across Givaudan’s Fragrance & Beauty portfolio. Reporting to the Global Head of Regulatory Compliance & Digital Strategy, you will drive end‑to‑end digital transformation projects that embed compliance by design, improve data quality and accelerate product launch.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple regulatory compliance system design projects from concept through testing, validation and rollout.
• Define and validate regulatory data models within the S/4HANA architecture and ensure integration with cloud‑based data lakes.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Regulatory Affairs, Product Safety, IT, data scientists, developers and business analysts.
• Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks and KPI reporting to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Champion data integrity, privacy and intellectual property protection in all compliance‑related processes.
• Promote best‑in‑class delivery practices, continuous improvement and scalable controls across the portfolio.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading system‑by‑design and data‑lake initiatives within the FMCG or related industry.
• Strong understanding of regulatory affairs, product safety and digital transformation in a global context.
• Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders and to influence senior leadership.
• Excellent project‑management skills with a track record of delivering complex, multi‑regional programs.
