Head Of Systems Strategy - Regulatory

About the role

Givaudan is seeking a Head of Systems Strategy – Regulatory to lead the design and delivery of regulatory compliance systems across its Fragrance & Beauty portfolio. Reporting to the Global Head of Regulatory Compliance & Digital Strategy, you will drive digital transformation initiatives that enhance speed, quality and trust.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple regulatory compliance system design projects from concept to delivery, aligned with Givaudan’s multi‑year digital transformation programme.
• Define end‑to‑end solution scope, oversee testing and validation, and ensure project goals are met.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders—including Regulatory Affairs, Product Safety, IT and Business—to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
• Ensure regulatory understanding of modern cloud, data and product architectures.
• Promote delivery best practices, risk management and continuous improvement across the project portfolio.
• Champion data model integrity and compliance‑by‑design principles.

Required profile

• Proven Solution Lead experience delivering system‑by‑design solutions and data‑lake designs within the FMCG industry.
• Strong transformation expertise, leadership and project‑management capabilities.
• Ability to act as a bridge between Regulatory Affairs, Product Safety, IT and Business teams.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and strategic foresight.
