About the role

The Head of Technical Service Operations will lead service operations across the Middle East, ensuring high performance, efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Lead and manage service planning, scheduling and delivery across the region.
Develop and coach the service team, handling key customer accounts and escalated issues.
Drive service performance against KPIs, budgets, revenue and margin targets.

Required profile

Proven experience in service management or service operations leadership.
Strong people‑management and team‑development capability.
Experience managing budgets, revenue, margins, KPIs and performance targets.
Degree in Engineering, Science or a related discipline.
