Head of Venture Studio

About the role

Birg is a holding company that builds technology ventures through its venture studio, rthmc. As Head of Venture Studio you will own the execution engine that turns ideas into scalable businesses, driving multiple concurrent ventures toward launch and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Master the group’s operating system, enforce stage‑gate processes (M0, M1, M2) across all ventures, and continuously improve the framework.
• Lead the end‑to‑end execution of Venture 001 and Venture 002 from readiness to launch, and plan the rollout of Venture 003.
• Make independent sequencing and prioritisation decisions, surfacing risks early and reporting signal rather than activity.
• Recruit, hire and motivate Venture CEOs or Entrepreneurs‑in‑Residence, designing attractive compensation packages.
• Run the studio’s cadence – annual planning, quarterly mapping, monthly plans and weekly deliverables – using ClickUp or an equivalent tool.

Required profile

• Seasoned operator with a track record of delivering complex projects on time.
• Ability to read market signals, distinguish true entrepreneurs from “wantpreneurs,” and act with gravitas.
• Strong leadership presence capable of hiring and inspiring founder‑level talent.
• Data‑driven mindset that treats adherence to the operating system as non‑negotiable.
