About the role

The Head of Welcoming leads the entire guest arrival and reception experience at Carita Paris, ensuring every client is greeted with the brand’s signature elegance and personalized service. This senior front‑of‑house position combines luxury hospitality leadership, client relationship management, and appointment flow optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to all clients in line with Carita Paris luxury service standards, creating a warm and personalized experience.
• Lead, coach and schedule the Welcoming/Reception team, setting standards for grooming, communication and telephone etiquette.
• Oversee daily appointment bookings, manage cancellations, rescheduling and waiting lists to maximise therapist and treatment room utilisation.
• Coordinate with operational and technical teams to ensure smooth client flow and minimise waiting times.
• Handle client requests, concerns and feedback discreetly, building strong relationships that encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
• Support revenue targets through effective appointment management and cross‑selling opportunities.

Required profile

• Experience in luxury hospitality or high‑end client‑facing environments.
• Proven ability to lead and develop front‑of‑house teams.
• Strong organisational skills with a focus on appointment and client flow management.
• Excellent communication and discretion when dealing with VIP and high‑value clients.
