About the role
As Head Spa Therapist you will lead the spa team at Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah, ensuring memorable guest experiences and high‑quality service across the health club, fitness centre and salon.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily spa operations and support the Manager/Director in running the health club, fitness centre, spa and salon.
- Train, schedule and oversee team members to deliver seamless, high‑quality guest experiences.
- Provide hands‑on support by stepping into staff roles when needed to maintain service continuity.
- Assist with marketing, merchandising, programming, inventory management and financial performance tracking.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations.
Required profile
