About the role
Black Pearl Consult is urgently seeking an experienced Health and Safety professional for a 6-month contract assignment in Al Ain. The ideal candidate has strong exposure to ADNOC projects and can work in a fast-paced environment on rotational shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures and ADNOC standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments and safety audits.
- Provide training and toolbox talks to staff and contractors on safety practices.
- Investigate incidents and accidents and prepare reports with corrective actions.
- Monitor and enforce safe systems of work across all activities.
Required profile
- Proven health and safety experience, currently or previously with ADNOC.
- Ability to join immediately.
- Willingness to work two shifts.
- Based in Al Ain or willing to relocate.
- Valid own visa (mandatory).
Required skills
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
