Healthcare Data Scientist – Machine Learning & Clinical Analytics

About the role

Al-Futtaim Health is looking for an experienced Healthcare Data Scientist to join the HealthHub Corporate Office in Dubai Festival City. The role focuses on building predictive models, applying machine‑learning techniques and delivering clinical analytics that improve patient pathways and support data‑driven decision making across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and evaluate machine‑learning models using electronic health records, claims, pharmacy and laboratory data.
• Integrate diverse healthcare datasets to create AI‑driven decision‑support tools.
• Collaborate with clinicians, medical directors, operations, finance and IT to translate analytical insights into actionable solutions.
• Monitor model performance, conduct validation tests and ensure compliance with health‑informatic standards.
• Produce clear documentation and visualisations that communicate predictive findings to non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a data scientist working with real‑world healthcare data.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, patient‑care processes and healthcare regulations.
• Ability to work independently and lead end‑to‑end model development cycles.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
