About the role

Ethos is seeking experienced healthcare management consultants to train a cutting‑edge language model on professional documentation, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The work focuses on hospital operations, patient throughput, care pathway redesign, and performance analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for core healthcare workflows.
• Develop models and dashboards for patient throughput, bed utilization, service‑line performance, payer contracts, staffing ratios, and quality improvement.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in hospital operations, health‑system consulting, or care‑delivery redesign.
• Direct ownership of patient‑throughput and service‑line performance projects, with experience briefing senior hospital executives.
