About the role
Our Utility Cleaners support vital hotel functions across multiple departments, ensuring guests enjoy clean linen and spotless dining ware. The role involves operating cleaning equipment, transporting items, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare fresh linen and dining ware for guest use.
- Operate and maintain dishwashing machines, hand‑wash stations, and linen washers/dryers.
- Transport dishware and linens throughout the hotel.
- Follow safety procedures, report accidents, and uphold quality standards.
- Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
Required profile
- No high school diploma or equivalent required.
- No prior experience or supervisory experience needed.
- Ability to work safely, follow company policies, and maintain a professional appearance.
